Never ever underestimate the power of a disgruntled employee
(or anyone else) to quickly jeopardize a company's future, simply by
deleting all of the company's data (and/or their backups). Neither you nor your employees will be able to delete any
backup data from our data centers -- a valuable safeguard.Accidental file deletions or overwrites
It is very easy and common to accidentally delete or overwrite your own files. Whether you were just re-saving a
changed file or clearing space on your hard drive, if you deleted it within the last 90 days you can easily restore
it. Simply choose the "Retrieve Options" button, and select the "Show All Versions of All Files"
option. It will display the last 10 versions of every file that has been backed up in the last 90 days.Grace period for deselected files
You may find yourself deselecting certain files from backup to stay below your file selection limit. If you need to
recover them, don't worry -- they'll be available for retrieval for another 90 days.
