Why does my PC Data Backups fail to connect to your data center?
If you have a software firewall, you will need to configure your software firewall to allow the RDB software to work.
Look for the following programs in your firewalls program control:
- Agent Service Module (Agentsrv.exe)
- PC Data Backups Program Client Software (COBackup.exe)
- PC Data Backups Program Setup
- PC Data Backups Client Software (COBackup.exe)
- PC Data Backups System Tray
You will need to set these to "ALLOW ALWAYS". Then start PC Data Backups, and click Backup Now to verify
that the backup runs.
