Where can I find my Outlook .pst files?
Microsoft Outlook will (by default) store you e-mail as a .pst file in:
C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
You can also search in the PC Data Backups program by:
- Clicking the Backup View tab, then waiting for the drive to scan;
- Clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right.
- Entering *.pst and clicking Find Next.
