I installed PC Data Backups, ran a backup, then a test restore, why did it fail?
You must perform a minimum of two full backup operations before you will be able to retrieve your or perform a System Restore or Heal
operation.
You must complete the initial backup (first backup) and then run one additional backup before your data will be
accessible. Be aware the first backup may sometime even take a few days to complete. The second backup will normally be
much faster.
