How do I recover an existing account?
Simply go to our website with your new computer and download the same software
package you originally downloaded from our website. During the
install process choose "re-establish
an existing account" and enter in your account number and your Personalized
Encryption Key and within a few minutes you will be able to retrieve your data. That is all!
Warning: You cannot have the same account active on more than one PC! –
Neither computer will backup!)
